Youth Learning Center

This project involved the tenant improvement of a commercial space for a youth learning centre franchise, transforming a base shell into a functional educational environment. The scope included interior space planning, upgraded lighting, custom millwork, and durable finishes aligned with the franchise’s branding. Emphasis was placed on safety, acoustics, and efficient layout to support students, staff, and parents.
