West Point Grey Residence

This modern contemporary laneway house is designed as a compact student living environment that balances privacy and community. Individual bedrooms with ensuites provide personal retreat, while shared kitchen, dining, and living spaces encourage interaction.

A covered outdoor area extends the communal space beyond the interior, creating additional zones. Smaller enclaves allow multiple students to use the home comfortably without interfering with one another. The design focuses on efficient planning, flexibility, and a strong indoor-outdoor connection to create a more thoughtful model of shared student housing.
