Deer Lake Residence

This small-scale multi-unit housing project features three residential units thoughtfully designed within a standard urban lot. The design maximizes the site’s natural advantages by elevating the building form to capture unobstructed views toward the North Shore Mountains while maintaining a strong connection to the surrounding neighbourhood context.
